The floor was covered with numerous food vendors, selling Thai sweets, sausages, snacks, etc. There were also some booths featuring carved candles and soaps. It was pretty amazing.
The shops & shoppers:
I noticed one thing: if there is food, Thai people will be there. The longest lines were for stalls cooking up some homemade dishes or sweets. There is a common greeting in Thailand: "Have you eaten yet?" ^_^ Thais love food; it's the way to make friends here.
